Lucerne

Discuss the 2006+ Buick Lucerne, the 2006-2008 came with the LD8 Northstar and put out 275 horsepower @ 6000 RPM, while the 2008-Present Lucerne comes with the L37 which has more aggressive cams than the LD8, it's output is 292 @ 6300 RPM horsepower (which is a 17 horsepower increase, and gets it's peak horsepower at 300 RPM higher).

Bonneville GXP

Discuss the 2003-2005 Pontiac Bonneville GXP model, the Bonneville GXP came with the 275 HP LD8 Northstar V8 Engine coupled with the 4T80-E with the 3.77 final drive ratio. The GXP Bonneville was the only car to ever have the LD8 motor mated with the 3.77 final drive transmission; as only the L37's were paired with them normally.
